1458967 - Firefox 59.0.2+ looses profile on start

Steps to reproduce:

Initiate Windows 10 Pro - 64bits version 1511
Initiate Firefox 59.0.2 or 59.0.3


Actual results:

Firefox and Master password window are open simultaneosly.
Profile is corrupted -all access acounts saved  are empty.

To remediate:
Keep windows 10 on, switch off Firefox.
Delete the corrupted profile and replace it for a healthy profile copy.
Switch on Firefox, everything works ok - this time only firefox is open, the master password windows is closed, and is opened when on demand.

While windows 10 is on, you can switch on and off Firefox many times and it works properly.

If restart Windows 10, the problem appears again.
This problem occurred in 3 different computers, with the same version of Windows.
The problem began with version 59.0.2

Firefox installation from zero, do not solve the problem.


Expected results:

The profile should be kept in any situation, with sync on or off.

No, I don't.

Can you still reproduce this with current Firefox releases?
