when i visit the url above,i find the date in the page displays in error.the 
correct date is ¡°2002Äꡱ ,not "102Äê.and the location is different from IE.
Netscape (Mozilla) Returns as year 2000 the value '100'..

the page should do something like that:
year += 1900;

... is that mozillas fault? evang? invalid?
