This is an issue caused by the configuration of the primary CDN on both stage and production, and the fix requires an adjustment to that configuration.

We have not used this endpoint for at least 6 years (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=773921). I'm going to submit a PR to remove it permanently.

This is labelled WONTFIX because the wiki.new_revision_based_on endpoint was completely removed.
