145920 - Back and/or Forward button incorrectly disabled

When using tabs (maybe also with multiple windows), sometimes the Back and/or
Forward buttons are disabled, although is a previous page in the history.

To re-enable the buttons, I switch to another tab that has a history, and then
back to the tab where the buttons were disabled - and the buttons are enabled as
they should be.

Note: I've seen bug reports revolving around this issue, but none contained the
information above. My apologies if I'm wrong to file a seperate reprot.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab and go to any URL.
2. Right-click a link, and choose to open it in a new tab.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 to have another pair of open tabs.
4. Now in each tab click a link.
5. Sometimes, you may notice that the back button is disabled, although there is
a preceeding page.
6. If that happens, switch to another tab, and back to the tab where the Back
button was disabled.
7. Now the Back button is enabled as it should.


I'm using Mozilla as my main browser since version 0.99 and the problem
described above didn't happen at all. It was introduced with RC1 and still
exists in RC2.
