User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20180427210249 Steps to reproduce: set Windows 10 system scaling to 175% or play with Firefox's page zoom level at this website https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/01/politics/anthony-kennedy-supreme-court-future/index.html and scroll down a bit. the ad flashes/flickers at certain scroll positions. here is a video of what I'm seeing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N1PUBDlF7A-EVQbzMSOrrPRepNQ6_lFo/view?usp=sharing I cannot reproduce this issue in Edge. Also, it's not specific to that article, it's almost any article on cnn.com.
