Invites have been sent to all for both the org and the team. Please ask them to ensure their GitHub user name is listed in their phonebook@m.c entry (there's a field for it).

:erenaud -- correct. Neither Peter nor Jennifer have accepted the invitation yet. We will auto cancel the invites after 2 weeks.

Note Jennifer had a very old and inaccessible email for her github which she updated after we sent the invite.

Can you cancel and re-invite?

Since the invite was sent 18 days ago and cancellation occurs in 14 days, could you please resend to Peter?

He's already been invited but hasn't accepted yet (bug 1463158), nor has the phonebook entry been updated.

FYI: Once the invite has been generated, each individual can accept via the web as follows:

- log into GitHub with the account you're using for Mozilla work
- go to https://GitHub.com/mozilla and check the top of the page -- an Org invite will be there, click to accept

:erenaud & :bensternthal: can you pass this ^^ onto your team members, please (NI both of you as I'm not sure who's where)
