Reproduced in commercial release build 1999092112
Steps to reproduce:

1)Launch Seamonkey. Pull down the Tasks-->Editor menu item to open up the
editor.
2)Pull down the "Paragraph" menu in the text manipulation toolbar. Select any
item from the pull down. You will crash.

This occurs with any pull down menu items in that toolbar (Paragraph, Font,Size
and Foreground/Backaground colors) It also occurs if you don't select anything
from the pull down but click on the Menu name itself to attempt to exit the menu
item (i.e. you click on the word "Paragraph" again)

problem or an editor problem?  remember, hyatt has a hard time typing these
days, so phone calls are best to get info from him.
