Hi, I am a former mozillian with the LDAP account kechang@mozilla.com. When I left mozilla, I changed my bug mail to kershaw@csie.io but I didn't disable the two-factor authentication. So, every time I try to log in as kershaw@csie.io I get an error says: "Unable to log in with GitHub because two-factor authentication is enabled on your account. Please log in using your username and password." Unfortunately, I foegot my password. If I use the "Forgot Password" button, I also get the two-factor authentication error. Is it possible to make my account "kershaw@csie.io" work again? Thanks.
