Reading https://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/mozreview/install.html , there's no mention of being able to push via https (only admonishing remarks about how really you probably want SSH), and so new contributors get confused because they don't have an SSH account, and we shouldn't burden them with creating one just to create their first patch.

mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io needs major updating w/r/t m-c now running off of git, py2 support being tossed, and a bunch of other smaller things.
