From PRD:
Recommendations are only targeting users that never opened the SW panel and don’t have it activated in preferences
2 options of recommendations
- Simple: Show a notice in Console when a Service Worker is registered. This also works around the issue of the console not showing SW logs until site isolation enables multi-process logging
- Advanced: Detect if users open sites with Service Workers more than x times, then recommend them to enable the Service Worker panel (offering a one-click option)
Not blocking a specific milestone here.
