Steps to reproduce:
1) Have Firefox with one pin tab and one normal tab in Windows 10
2) Resized the window to the smallest possible width
Actual results:
Toolbar buttons overlap.
Expected results:
Toolbar buttons should not overlap same way that windows without pin tabs.
