When storing a DNS cache entry, the use of the TTL number is conditional on a pref variable. Since TRR resolved names always have a TTL number that involves no extra overhead and makes the cache data more reliable and accurate, the use of the TTL should be unconditional when TRR was used to resolve the host name and only do it conditional on the pref if resolved natively.
