STR:
1. Enable WebRender.
2. Open a Google Spreadsheet for which you have edit permissions.
3. Click and drag a spreadsheet row.

RESULT:
After releasing the row marker to a new position, the old row won't appear in the new position until after you move the mouse (hand) pointer. This behavior feels like there is some issue with dirty rect invalidation.

I am running Firefox Nightly 61 on Windows 10. I think this might be a regression within the last week.
I bisected this regression to async image bug 1459686.

This should be fixed in the May 11 nightly, via the patch on bug 1460495. Can you confirm?

Yep. Works for me in Nightly 61 build 2018-05-14.
