146050 - Can't disable Download Manager

I **HATE** Download Manager...I really really want to turn it off, but I cannot 
find a way to do it.  This is VERY annoying.  I want the old download window 
restored.  If this is no longer an option then something is horribly wrong, 
because not everyone wants that damn download manager window popping up.  I 
love Mozilla, but I find this so annoying I'm going to have to use IE until 
someone can offer me some way of turning this off.

It is a piece of **** in it's current form and there NEEDS TO BE AN OBVIOUS WAY 
TO TURN IT OFF!!!
