Send or receive emails with images into subject
Actual results:
Images are huge and bigger than email row.
Expected results:
Images should have a maximum height equal to containing row

This is your font being bad. Please see bug 1390015

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Fix it like this: Remove 'Noto Color Emoji' font (or package noto-fonts-emoji).
