I think this _may_ have started with bug 1448058.

I first saw it happen in this try push: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=857ef4d9f0e6587d268c016207179c117ff3c596&selectedJob=177893065 and bug 1448058 is the only one that landed until now.

Maybe the test harness also uses nsIMutable and needs to be updated?

Or maybe it was interference from another bug.
[1] seems to show the failures stopping after about an hour after they started.
I'll watch the bug for a while and close it if the failures don't return.
