Per RFC, if there are no tspecials in the filename, then it should not be double-quoted; however, we say:
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="encrypted.asc"
a-z and . are not tspecials, so the quotes aren't necessary. It's SHOULD not MUST, so I completely understand if this ends up WONTFIX'd, but duly noted all the same.
# RFC 2045 section 5.1
tspecials := "(" / ")" / "<" / ">" / "@" /
"," / ";" / ":" / "\" / <">
"/" / "[" / "]" / "?" / "="
; Must be in quoted-string,
; to use within parameter values
This is still the case after the recent upgrade. I wouldn't object to a WONTFIX, given the lack of severity.
