Securemail multipart MIME headers include invalid Date field

Details
Both of the multipart definitions in BMO's emails include an undefined Date header that is not supported by the spec, and duplicates the Date header of the message itself. Please remove the unnecessary Date header unless there is a specific use case demanding its presence.

This is still the case after the recent upgrade. I will not be offended if this is WONTFIX'd since it's not an impactful issue.
