Sometimes when browsing, some websites become zoomed in and can't be zoomed out or restored to normal size. Reloading or closing the tab doesn't solve the issue.
The issue has occurred on https://feber.se or https://arstechnica.com, but aren't limited to these sites.

Thanks for report.
I tried with this devices: Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.1.1), Huawei Honor 8 (Android 7.0), OnePlus 5T (Android 8.0) on all branches(Nightly 62.0a1; Beta 61.0b7; Release 60.0.1;) and I couldn't reproduce this issue.
I tried to browse many times https://feber.se and I didn't reproduce your issue. I tried to zoom in the site, but the site it is not possible to zoom in on this devices, even on Chrome.
In https://arstechnica.com also I didn't reproduce the issue normally and I tired to zoom in and after that to reload the page.
Do you have any additional steps to reproduce this issue? What device and OS you have? Check on browser settings->advanced if restore tabs it's set it on "Always restore" or not.

I browse https://feber.se almost every day (and other websites as well), but I haven't noticed the issue for some time now. As I cannot reproduce this anymore I think this could be archived.
I'm running Android Oreo 8.1 with 5 May 2018 patches on Google Nexus 6P; Always restore was enabled in settings.
