1460983 - Infinite jank when opening a link from a pinned tab that causes tab scroll UI to be drawn

OK, this is a weird one, and might be solved by the fix for bug 1460221.

In today's nightly, when I click a link in a pinned tab, a regular tab is drawn to its right. If that new tab also causes the tab bar to overflow, so that the left/right scroll controls appear, some kind of UI collision occurs between the different elements. The result is infinite jank.

Oh, wait! I can't reproduce the issue in the build I just listed. Must have been related to 1460221.

Can you retest latest Nightly to see if it's still reproducible?
As this bug could be dupe of bug #1460221 and fixed by its patch.
