Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20100101

Steps to reproduce:

-In about:config, set keyword.enabled to false
-Opened a new tab

Actual results:

-The location bar placeholder text says "Search with <search engine> or enter address"

Expected results:

-The location bar placeholder text shouldn't mention anything about search engines, as web searches from the location bar have been disabled due to keyword.enabled being false.

This is caused by the fix to Bug 1449317 was fixed, which was a great usability enhancement, but it didn't account for location bar web searches being disabled.
