This is a spin-off of https://webcompat.com/issues/10717 Initial comment by the reporter. ================================ Uploaded a Adobe RGB picture to Flickr, it appeared Dark. To do this you need a pretty decent base picture (ie a raw shot from a decent bridge/mirrorless or dslr type camera) with a good amount of dynamic range, then make sure you upload using the Adobe profile (well, it's default in Lightroom for example) Compared in MS Edge, it appears correct there. Chrome has the same issue. You can see how much of a difference it makes regardless of screen calibration in the screenshot... and this is what most photographers upload as https://webcompat.com/uploads/2017/10/48235cf3-21a9-4cec-b3c3-a5323ccecc72.jpg ================================ We can indeed see differences, but we do not know if these are expected differences or if there is something that Firefox and/or Safari do wrong.
