Environment: 
Device: Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 6.0.1), Sony Xperia XZ (Android 6.0.1), Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0);
Build: Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-05-13);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings->Privacy and set a Master Password;
2. Go to twitter.com and log in; 

Expected result:
After the username and passwords are typed and the log in button is tapped, the Password Manager door-hanger is triggered.

Actual result:
The Password Manager door-hanger is not displayed.

I think given the severity of this issue, I would have :jchen work on it since he worked on the related issue, or perhaps :dbolter can advise on someone to pick it up.

If no one is available I will NI the Softvision team to take a look.

Tested on latest Nightly build (62.0a1 - 2018.05.20) with Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 6.0.1) and the issue is not reproducible, master password prompt is displayed, so probably we can close this.
