Clik on one of the column seperators in the main mail pane, and just unclick.  
The mouse cursor remains in the "resize" state until an actual resize action is 
performed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail
2. single Click on one of the column seperators in the inbox


Actual Results:  mouse cursor stuck in "resize" state

Expected Results:  returned mouse cursor to normal state
