Clicking on a category or on the "+" to expand it yeilds nothing. Clicks have no
effect, no category can be selected/expanded by mouse.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open preferences
2.try to change/expand a cetegory with mouse click on it or the "+" sign
3.

Expected Results:  Previous builds (pre RC2 official) worked.
this can happen if you install over an older build instead of uninstalling first.
