In a page has an iframe with animations, the animations are not shown when ancestor of the <iframe> element is selected. Instead, the user needs to select the iframe from the iframe drop-down in order to see the animations.
Fixing this is a blocker to removing the iframe picker from the inspector (and moving it to the console).
