1461636 - Adding an horizontal separator in a new folder from the bookmark toolbar makes the folder unusable

[Affected platforms]:
- macOS 10.13.3
- Mac OS X 10.10.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Enable the bookmarks toolbar
3. Create a new folder on the bookmarks toolbar (using the "New Folder..." context menu option)
4. Try to add a separator into the folder (by using the "New Separator" context menu option)
5. Inspect the folder

[Expected result]:
- The horizontal separator is successfully added
- The folder is still fully functional

[Actual result]:
- The folder gets unusable after adding the separator

[Regression range]:
- This issue is not a recent regression, as it is reproducible all the way back to 47.0.2 (20161031133903)
- I will provide more details about this as soon as possible

[Additional notes]:
- The folder can be used from the Library (Bookmarks) menu instead
- After adding a new bookmark inside it (through the Library), the issue disspaears
