h264 Baseline@L2 video is show with colors misplaced when software decoder is used

Steps to reproduce:
Just load several video tags (just to force software decoder to takes place or one can disabled hardware acceleration) with a MP4 video file encoded with h264 Baseline@L2 (like the one attached).
Actual results:
Some videos (the ones that is decoded via software) is shown with the colors misplaced. I have opened this file with several tools (VLC, Windows Media Player, Kodi, Chrome, etc.)
Expected results:
Video should play normal, exactly like when Hardware Acceleration is used.

edge refuses to play those files, probably for that reason... We have no control on the h264 decoder.

Jean, try with the "intelbras_original.mp4" attached (witch works great with Edge and show the same color bug in Firefox).
