Steps to reproduce:

Try to view a 360 video on Facebook


Actual results:

Receive error message "There was an issue playing this video. Please refresh the page and try again." every time I attempt to view a 360 video


Expected results:

The 360 video should play.

The 360 videos work in Chrome on my wife's account—including all the ones that I tried viewing in Firefox that resulted in that error message. Every 360 video on Facebook results in that error message but they all work in Chrome. These videos should play in Firefox as well.

Hi Moltres,

I reproduced the issue  on Windows 7/10 on the latest Nightly 62.0a1 (20180520220103), Firefox Beta 61.0b5 and Firefox Release  60.0.1.
Note that after the page is loaded, the error message described by the reporter is displayed on the video. However, after refreshing the page the 360 video will be played back accordingly, also the interactions work as expected. 
This behavior was experienced in all the above mentioned Firefox versions (https://www.facebook.com/Facebook360/),check the attached video as an example.
