1)Select a message with an address with Japanese name. 2) Reply to that message. 3) Send, it crashes. The crash does not happened if the charset is set to "ISO-2022-JP" by charset menu (because of the bug #3979, the charset always needs to be selected explicitly). This is an error handling problem inside the MIME decoder (the charset conversion fails because the mail charset was not specified correctly). It needs to change to skip the unconvertable characers.

** Chceked with 2/18/2000 Win32 build ** Currently reply or new mail with JPN addressee names do not crash Mozilla even if the send charset is something other than iso-2022-jp. This hasn't been a problem for a long time, Marking it verified/fixed.
