Permanently cease display of search nudge notifications when any end condition is met:

 * Firefox has already displayed a total of 4 notifications (onboarding + redirect) and the user has ignored them by clicking something other than the hanger or the address bar
 * User has clicked “OK” on any doorhanger. This should be recorded globally across all search nudge doorhanger types
 * User has clicked into the Awesome Bar while a doorhanger is displayed. This should be recorded globally across all search nudge doorhanger types
