Sorry if this is already filed, but I couldn't find a dup. If I open a link in
a new tab, either via the context menu or middle-clicking, the focus completely
disappears. No shortcut keys at all work, I can't scroll the document, I can't
tab around in the document.
I'm seeing this on current branch and trunk builds.

I see this behavior on RC1 and RC2... haven't tested back and further than that.
