This is a follow up for bug 1432676 to fix outstanding design issues: 1. flexible height for localized text 2. very very narrow view 3. dark theme
One other thing I was wondering was if clicking on the background of the overlay should block / close the overlay?
The design specs say that this acts as a "true modal" meaning it "can only be dismissed by clicking 'Start Browsing'"
