Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Build ID: 20180430140610
Steps to reproduce:
For security reason I want to let Thunderbird auto-close itself after a certain time of inactivity. That means after a user defined period of e.g.20 minutes and no activity (no message click or composition or menu click or mouse movement) Thunderbird should automatically close itself. This should be done softly without corrupting open message or log or setting files.
If implementing this internally is too difficult then Thunderbird should at least offer a command line flag to let external programs do the job.
Therefore the cmd could look like
Thunderbird.exe -close
