The marketing team asked me if we have any measure of a lapsed user. Do we? If so, let's get some documentation for what we currently know.

Nopes, we dont have a definition. No prior work either. Chris W Beard is working on modelling retention and the idea is we dont have lapsed users: just users on low end of the retention scale ...
