This is a test bug. I am trying to duplicate a bug I see in Bugscape to see if the same problem exists in Bugzilla. I will file this bug and then a second bug. The second bug blocks the first. In Bugscape, if I resolve the first bug, the dependency is deleted. I want to see if this happens in Bugzilla as well.

Can't duplicate problem in Bugzilla. Closing out bug.

Verified by testing on my Bugzilla tip install. This sounds like a problem introduced by customizations on the Bugscape installation. Christine, bugzilla.mozilla.org hasn't upgraded for about six months, so testing bugs on it is not a good indication of whether or not they exist in the Bugzilla code (many known bugs have been fixed in the last six months that are not on bugzilla.mozilla.org yet). The best place to do testing of the latest Bugzilla code is on the Bugzilla test installations on the landfill server: http://landfill.tequilarista.org/ Unfortunately landfill may be down at the moment, but bookmark the site for the future, as it will come in handy.
