Load website is taking much longer then other browsers. It starts loading and halfway on the loading bar it stops from 3-5 seconds and starts again.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any web site. And this will happen. It will. Pause/stop for a few seconds before loaf the rest of the website 


Actual results:

Loading the website takes way too long 


Expected results:

It should not take 5 to 10 times longer to open a website then in any other browser. Even Focus
This sounds like the same problem as on Bug 1459421. Please follow and update that one.
