mozIDOMWindow/mozIDOMWindowProxy are used all over the place in mailnews.

Looks like the replacement for mozIDOMWindowProxy is nsPIDOMWindowOuter:

mozIDOMWindow appears only to be used in im/ which is dead.

Also note bug 1463016 and bug 1561015 comment #11.
