As part of the "disambiguation" around the "full screen screenshot button" we should implement a new button to take viewport/partial screenshots.

The behaviour of this button would be to take a screenshot of the current viewport. This is what the existing "full screen screenshot button" erroneously does. The bug to fix that error is Bug 1463129.

There should be a new checkbox in the Settings screen to enable/disable the button in the toolbar.
