As reported by sriram in bug 1385207 comment 3v:
Audio works if you connect to RDP, then start Firefox. However if you Firefox is already running on the remote computer, audio does not work.
----
STR:
1. Establish an RDP connection to a remote Windows machine
2. Launch nightly and go to a site with audio (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cx5b0kyu-jU ). Listen for audio.
3. Close the RDP connection without stopping the video.
4. Re-connect to the remote machine via RDP.
Actual Results:
No audio is played. If the video is paused, resuming it does not resume audio.
Expected Results:
The audio resumes as soon as step 4 is done.
---
This is about failing to re-create the AudioSession since the sandbox is locked down. Without some kind of audio remoting, this is doomed to fail. NI to Bob for prioritization.

Sorry I was leaving this to the triage and then we ran out of time.
However, given the original was P3 and this is less serious, it makes sense for this as well.
Priority: -- → P3

The problem still exists with the latest Firefox version. I have to restart Firefox every time I relogin to the computer for the sound to start working again.
