lavkhush - this problem isn't related to MinGW, and Bugzilla isn't the place for general issues. Try the #build channel in Matrix. I see your comments in Bug 1717203 - while Bugzilla still isn't a good place for discussion, that's at least the correct issue. Reddit might be another avenue (I found this old thread.)
