[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Make sure that the "Recommended by Pocket" section is enabled (go to about:config and set the browser.search.region pref to the "US" value)
3. Open about:newtab (or about:home) and hover the "Recommended by Pocket" section title
4. Click the "Privacy Notice" section context menu option.
[Expected result]:
- The https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/#suggest-relevant-content page is properly opened in a new tab
[Actual result]:
- The https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/#suggest-relevant-content page is opened in the same tab

This behaviour is now consistent with all of the other links on this page, so it is working as intended.
