Some initial exploration here with more detail. This would probably require another bug for updating the sign up/in flow for Pocket as that flow currently has a pretty bad UX. I'm not sure how much of this work would be divvied up between the AS team and Pocket.

Note that it would also be nice to include this work along with the Highlight card refresh.
