Which one do you want to use (and I can't guess the github one).

I want to use the Bugzilla email as my login email, because the GitHub one is protected by GitHub’s email privacy, so I hope that when I push commits, the fact that it will be commited a @users.noreply.github.com address won’t be an issue. See https://help.github.com/articles/about-commit-email-addresses/ for more details about GitHub’s email privacy feature.

You can entirely specify your commit email address in your ~/.hgrc on your local machine (kinda like you can on Git locally). The login email should be an email that you always have access to, as it can't easily be changed afterwards without the help of the ops. So I would recommend your Bugzilla email for login email.

So to be clear, your commit email address is entirely independent from this process (feel free to correct me though).
