I know we can change the window title by unpacking en-US.jar and editing it
in brand.dtd. It would be more nice though if it were a user_pref so it wouldn't
depend on the language setting.
What would be the purpose of changing the window title? Who would want to do
this enough to warrent making it a pref? I am suprised it is not compiled in to
be honest.
I must be getting desensitized to this job, for the uselessness of some RFEs
has ceased to amaze me. Oy. Wontfix.

In IE, you can change Microsoft Internet Explorer to any string through a
registry hack. Many office sysads use this feature to put the company name in
the titlebar.

In Moz, the counterpart of a registry hack is a user_pref. This user_pref will
allow them to do the same in Moz.

Note that this is not a request to put it into the GUI. It's just a hidden pref
that people can tweak and play with if they know about it.
