Steps to reproduce:

Mozilla Firefox version ---- 60.0.1
issued command ----  firefox -headless -screenshot test.jpg sample.htm 


Actual results:

generated an image test.jpg but the format was png


Expected results:

generate an image test.jpg but the format should be jpg/jpeg

Based on other similar reports I think the correct component would be Firefox:Headless. Please change if this is not the right component.

I can confirm Firefox 62.0.3 always saves screenshots in PNG format regardless what file extensions was provided.

Documentation at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Headless_mode states headless Firefox supports "other web-compatible image formats such as .jpg, .bmp, etc."
