Tested on various Firefox versions on Linux and Windows 10 (62, 60, 53) and they all have the problem.

I tested on Edge and Chrome Dev and they display the site without any warning. This was reported by users on the French community forums here:

They contacted the site owner and their response was that they checked their certificate and that it was correct and that it was a Firefox bug since other browsers don't have a problem.
