If you draw a table with a backgroundcolor and separate the rows with a tr/td with only one pixel hight by using a transparent gif as the td-content, Mozilla gives this cell a hight of ca 10 px. this technique is used widely across the net an will cause many Pages to appear in an diefferent design.
