The component description for docshell currently reads:
Previously Webshell. For bugs in the code functionality of Docshell

This does not explain to somebody who does not know what docshell does when they
should file against this component.
that seems simple enough to me, if you don't know what webshell or docshell 
are, you probably don't want to file bugs against them =)
