From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i586; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 Mozilla can (under some circumstances) display garbage in an iframe. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://www.home.arm.linux.org.uk/armlinux/test.php 2.You'll end up with a prompt for a download. Hit cancel. 3.Drag another window over mozilla, and move this window around. 4.Observe the mess that appears in the iframe. Actual Results: Mess displayed - which changes depending on how you drag the window on top of mozilla. Expected Results: Displays something consistently (eg, blank background?)
hehe ... confirmed on 2002051721/Linux.
and ... i am wondering is this bug related to bug 120280?
Confirming. The IFRAME URL fetches something that's not HTML so I guess a document isn't being created and we end up with an IFRAME with nothing inside it to paint itself. What should happen in this case?

Ever confirmed: true
To be consistent with the main window I guess we should fill it with about:blank or something.
Not happening on WinXP NS 2002052208 (based on trunk).
Not happening on Mozilla branch build from yesterday either, but there is a major difference ... on trunk the iframe is black, on branch it is white.
It's white on my Linux trunk build ... but it does work. Marking WORKSFORME.
